Fiasconaro Apricot and Modica chocolate Colomba, artisan leavened cake with candied apricot and chocolate from Modica covered with icing and hazelnut crumbs, hand-wrapped. Ingredients chosen and selected exclusively from the Sicilian production such as sugar, vanilla, citrus honey, hazelnuts.

Fiasconaro uses exclusively the natural rising of sourdough, a slow and patient process that offers undoubted benefits, including better protein digestibility and intense aroma, with a special flavour and fragrance.
